Joining me on the call is Robert Ladd, MGT’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Steve Schaeffer, MGT’s President of Crypto-Capital Strategies. The agenda for today’s call is for Mr. Ladd and Mr. Schaeffer to give an overview of the Company and status of its cryptocurrency business.
